Henry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA. He once worked as a peer tutor at Oakland Technical High School, mentoring students in all 4 core subjects of English, math (Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc.), science, and history while tackling on a wide range of honors and AP level courses at the same time. He is well versed in the concepts frequently encountered in biology and chemistry. He also has some of the interpretative and problem solving capability to help students tackle on Newtonian physics. Henry has had the opportunity to take the following AP courses and achieved at least a passing score on their respective exams: Biology, U.S. History, Calculus AB and BC, U.S. Government and Politics, English Literature and Composition, Physics C: Mechanics, Chemistry, and Statistics. Henry is enthusiastic about bringing his expertise to the table and is looking forward to tutoring young students once again in the previously mentioned core subjects as well as Spanish this time around. He makes for intuitive ways to grasp, understand, and retain knowledge of course concepts and will ensure that the student will be able to apply said concepts with confidence.
