Sandra holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology and Education from Aalborg University in Denmark, in addition to a Medical Doctor degree. She has 15+ years of experience teaching biology, anatomy, physiology and psychology subjects to students of all ages and backgrounds. Sandra uses an interactive and engaging method of teaching that is derived from the “Problem Based Learning” school of teaching. This method helps students develop the needs skills and competencies in addition to gaining the knowledge they need to succeed in their education. Sandra worked as the Provost of American Tech and Management University and of Austin University and she uses her expertise in higher education to help students apply and get accepted in top tier universities in the Bay Area. During her free time, Sandra volunteers in her local community charity projects like organizing trips and activities to visit seniors in the area and providing free career counseling sessions to young adults. Sandra also enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, reading and a number of outdoor activities.

Ashley has recently graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is an experienced researcher and is currently working remotely with Harvard University and California Academy of Sciences to publish manuscripts. Ashley has given research presentations at multiple conferences including UC Berkeley and Harvard. Tutoring is something she is very passionate about and tends to focus on Math, Science, and English subjects. She has had many past teaching experiences and wants to provide personalized sessions for every student. Hannah earned dual Bachelor's degrees in International Studies and French from the University of Oklahoma, where she was the president of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and participated in several tutoring and mentoring programs. After graduating magna cum laude, she spent a year in a small town in France working with young children on their English language skills. When it comes to helping students succeed, she believes that a positive attitude is key to building confidence and achieving academic goals. Her specialties include French, language arts skills, general science, psychology, reading comprehension, and history. She is also a National Merit Scholar and thus would be more than happy to work with your student on the PSAT or SAT. In her free time, Hannah is passionate about traveling all over the world and experiencing as many different cultures as she possibly can. Closer to home, she also enjoys visiting Disneyland and collecting as many Star Wars t-shirts as she can fit in her suitcase.

Jessica recently submitted her Ph.D. dissertation in Bioarchaeology and Egyptology at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a M.A. in Osteology from the University of Stockholm, Sweden. In addition to conducting extensive fieldwork as a bioarchaeologist in Egypt, US and Scandinavia, she also specializes in site survey and Geographical Information Systems. She is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Near Eastern Studies at UC Berkeley, where she has taught classes in Archaeology, Anthropology, Bioarchaeology, Middle Eastern Studies and Reading and Composition. She believes students learn best when they are directly involved and invested in the discovery of their own knowledge through inquiry-based learning. Jessica enjoys tutoring history, reading and writing, psychology, biology, anatomy and physiology, mathematics and statistics. In her free time, Jessica likes traveling, scuba-diving, cooking, and spending time with family. In her spare time, she can be found reading, cooking up a new dish or catching up on Netflix.
