Tanya has her bachelors in English followed by Masters in Public Relations & Corporate Communications. She holds double Masters and completed her MBA in Information Systems from the bay. She is currently a doctorate student and believes if you are truly passionate about learning, you will never cease to grow. She has privately tutored students earlier and enjoyed it so much that she began with Pleasanton Tutoring. Her drive to share knowledge makes her a dedicated tutor. She is patient and likes to customize her teaching methods to accommodate her student’s needs. She has experience in copywriting, content writing, editing and has helped students in drafting their essays for scholarship, admissions and statement of purpose based on their unique profile. When she gets time she enjoys reading, dancing, watching documentaries, yoga and therapeutic cooking.

Sabrina is a local Foothill alum and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. During her time at Kentucky, she pursued a major in Business Communications and completed two minors in Economics and Environmental Sciences. When she wasn’t cheering on the wildcats on the basketball court, she worked as a tutor for the Kentucky Athletic Department, tutoring college athletes in various subjects. Her favorite subjects to tutor include psychology, writing, reading, English, economics, and biology. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys taking her dogs on hikes, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Mitchell graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a BA in Biology. While at university, Mitchell worked for two years as a Resident Assistant, with a firm belief that hands on work and honesty is the best way to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. He also interned in two labs, one at UCSC working on invertebrates from Cameroon, and the other at UCLA studying the behavior and neural networks of fruit flies. He also volunteered at Santa Cruz High School as a teacher’s aide in 9th and 10th grade Chemistry and Biology classrooms. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, Mitchell has personally attended over 20 schools in both California and British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, so he believes in approaching students with an open mind and heart, having first hand experience with the diversity of individual students’ learning styles. Mitchell enjoys tutoring STEM subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Environmental Science, as well as history and French. On his off days, he enjoys hiking, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rock climbing, writing poetry, playing video games, and sleeping in.
