Sabari is finishing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is planning on pursuing a PhD with a focus in Quantum Physics. His goal is to create a sustainable nuclear fusion reactor capable of producing clean energy without any harmful byproducts. He has been tutoring STEM subjects since his early high school years, and enjoys making complex subjects easy to grasp for students. He also spends time to ensure his students understand how what they are learning can be applied to real life situations while still instilling passion for deeper philosophical inquiry into subject matters. He is highly proficient and skilled in teaching physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science, as well as English and history. He is very caring and sincere when working with his students and takes time to ensure students have full clarity in realizing the answers to any questions they may have had. During his free time, he enjoys lifting weights at the gym, listening to and making music, as well as spending time with his family and German Shepherd, Stella.

Maiya is currently a college student at Wellesley College. She is studying Economics and Cognitive Science (focus on AI). She loves math of all levels and has been tutoring primarily in math for the past seven years. She tutors math subjects up to Calculus, as well as ACT/SAT math, as well as Spanish (levels 1-3), Computer Science, Economics, English, grammar, writing, History, test prep, and ACT/SAT. She loves to help students who are struggling and need a few different explanations of a topic before it clicks, as well as students who need more advanced topics than school can provide. Kory earned a Bachelor of Science (with honors) from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon where he double majored in Bioinformatics and Mathematics and minored in Computer Science. During his time at Pacific, he tutored students from local high schools in mathematics and participated in multiple research projects; presenting his work at national conferences. Kory has a passion for Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science and loves helping students develop the foundational skills required to excel in STEM. He is patient and understanding and looks to connect with students and learn which study methods work best fit them. Kory grew up in Pleasanton playing baseball which he continued at the high school and collegiate level. Now, he is an avid sports fan who loves the A's and Warriors. He also enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, being in nature, playing video games, bowling, and spending time with family.

Andrew recently graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. As a result, he has strong fundamentals in math and physics as well as computer science. Though born in Taiwan, he moved to California when he was six years old, so he is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. He has experience in private tutoring for algebra and precalculus, and is eager to keep applying and passing on his learning. When it comes to engaging students, Andrew believes that communication is key; it is especially important for both teacher and student to be on the same page. When he has the time, he enjoys camping, reading mystery novels, playing cello, and watching Netflix.

Andrew is a local Californian with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and currently working toward his master’s degree in robotics and embedded systems. Coming from a family of engineers, in college he has grown an affection toward higher education with the importance of STEM learning. From an open mind he believes everyone is equally capable in schooling through a patient and enthusiastic approach. His experience falls into mathematics from algebra and geometry to trigonometry and calculus, as well as computer science from programming to circuit analysis. In his spare time, you may find Andrew involved in sports from golf to basketball or exercising and developing new skills within his field. He also loves spending time with his family, traveling and meeting new people.
